I've seen players with Zoroark hair.

 

How did/is this avatar item obtained?

I think it was given out for free on the website. It should be in your items on the website. The only way to get it to show up on the game that I have seen so far is to edit your avatar on the website then open the app and it should have the zoroark break stuff. You can buy the outfit and it will be added to the game but the hair will not so you have to do what I said above to get it there.
