[CARD] Fighting Fury Belt (BREAKpoint #99) - This card does not work on non-Basic Pokémon retrieved via Maxie's Hidden Ball Trick (Primal Clash #133)

I've read somewhere that stage 2 pokemon revived by Maxie's aren't treated as evolution pokemon but are basic pokemon. If so, then this ruling is not working with Fighting fury belt.

When you have a Stage 2, for example, in play without its Stage 1 and Basic, it's still considered a Stage 2, *not* a Basic, thus FFB will not work for these pokemon.

 

They are also considered unevolved, so Espeon EX's Miraculous Shine attack won't affect them.

Ok thank you. Even so, the game shows *extra damage* and *extra HP* signs when attached to it, with Max HP being green which is misleading. It'd be nice if +0 effects wouldn't make this happen.
