[GENERAL] Login - Works on one but not the other. Can't log on

I was playing the game when the login in problem started. My partnes laptop wasn't. On my windows 7 laptop I am getting this problem I cleared the DNS but still no luck. We tried her laptop now and it is working. So I assume this is something which occured because I was in it at the time?
