Unfortunately I don't help or run any trading company i cant spend enough time online but i can offer some pointers from a buyers point of view

Make the front page POP - Make sure the first post are bright and eye catching but try to avoid using to many colours as it will make it harder to read and look disorganised

Make it clear - Make sure that everything your offering is clear so that no questions have to be asked by people when ordering,  adding the card number / collector number next to your the card you are offering will stop any confusion with cards and having a clear value for each card you are offing is also key so the buyer will always know exactly how many packs they will need for the wanted cards

Be competitive - Offer Lower prices than the other companies are asking for or have better pack ratios so that people get more per pack and for the cards that you are unable to offer at a lower value then a good reward scheme and or combined with a trade in scheme will help sway the odds of a buyer coming to you over your rivals and will also create a returning customer

Be Fast - Make sure you have a reliable trading team so you can complete all orders quickly

Offer more than competitors - Although trading companies do have a massive rage of cards and gameplay items to buy most if not all still do not offer many cards for trade, for example SL's from Call of Legends and Gem Promo cards are vary rarely if every stocked by trading companies and when they are they have strict purchase limits on them along with limits on other more desirable cards, if you can stock what other cant and remove the limits that other companies then you open up a wider market for your company

If you can make all that happen then from my point of view I don't see why a buyer would go anywhere else

Goodluck with your company hope what i said can help

I Appreciate your feedback! Definitely going to be putting lots of hard work into my Company.. Although I feel that I do have a good bit of Competition to work against, and that it will be difficult to get my Company noticed. But that's not going to stop me!

Another company!  Haha jk XD two good things that will help will be to reserve a good 14-16 posts after your main post and to really make it look good, put all your prices in tables, so they look like this:

[table]

CardPrice

Just quote the post to see how it's done. :)

keep udate ur price, and no reason for change it when ur costumer make an order

Eh wait companies don't do this right? unless you mean something like, the price was supposed to be changed but wasn't, and a customer ordered from the old price since it wasn't updated, the company should not change it to the new price?

My tip would be for companies to find their own values at what YOU would like to trade the card, not what Top Cut is offering the card for :) Just because Top Cut offers a card at X doesn't mean that YOU are comfortable offering it at X (or X - 1, etc).

Biggest and most important tip I can give you although others might disagree

your customers must be your priority over your own profit

caring for your customers will make them loyal and always return when they need cards, if you dont care about your customers then they wont care about you (unless your name is top cut)

also, because of the current competition between trading companies, ill let you know now that there is not as much profit to be had as people make it seem and there is a lot of work to keep up with everything.

All the best :)

From reading this, I'd say, don't instigate with other companies and turn around and cry when u get called out. Looks very unprofessional... Just saying
