[GAME] Other - Some of my avatar items are not on my avatar creator on Pokemon.com

Hi, so i wanna change my avatar on pokemon.coms avatar editor to the charizard wings and hat that i have on ptcgo for my avatar picture on the forums but my charizard hat and jacket arnt available on my avatar editor on pokemon.com but there are a few charizard items options on the avatar editor on pokemon.com but i dont want to put them on. Can someone help me on how i can get my charizard avatar hat and jacket to be an option to be put on in pokemon.com' avatar editor.

Unfortunately this happens to everyone as far as I know, some of the avatar items found in game are not synced with your pokemon.com account and viceversa, like the Zoroark ********** to mention one...

thats true but i see people with the charizard avatar stuff on here so its on their end i think

This issue is currently being investigated, and it would be incredibly helpful to the investigation if you could create a support ticket and let us know which items are not appearing consistently. If you are able to take any screenshots, that would be helpful as well.
