[GENERAL] Login - Unable to login to account

I have my game so it automatically sign me in when I load it. I got hit with a message saying Invalid Username/Password. So I manually clicked Log In and it went through. This is happening EVERY time. Can when get this checked out?

I'm having the same issue. I guess that we can at least log in manually. Idk, it could have something to do with the connection or the servers. There have been a lot of connection issues recently, although I'm not really sure what the cause could be. I think that so far the staff hasn't adressed this particular problem.

Hello Trainers,

 

Thank you for taking the time to write us about this issue.  What would be very helpful is, when you experience this problem logging in, would be to do the following:

 

1) Have the login problem

2) Switch to a cmd prompt and run a trcert to sso.pokemon.com ( more details about how to run a Trace Route can be found on the Pokemon Support Website)

3) Visit pokemon.com/support and enter a Question that details what is happening and includes the output of the trace route that you ran.

 

Running a Trace Route right when you are experiencing the problem could help us to pinpoint the issue that is leading to your account not authenticating.

Can't login to the game...I hit login at the login screen, then it goes to the login servers are busy screen. The timer runs out and it kicks me back to the login screen. Every time I try the wait gets longer and eventually puts me right back to the login screen. Tried restarting my pc and using different connections but nothing seems to help? Is there a solution to this problem?

I can log on to the Pokemon.com server just fine...

 

Why can't I log in from Pokemon TCG Online?

 

This issue is so bad, I already filed a ticket, but come on, admins: Fix this problem so I can log on successfully with no unexpected tricks... :(

 

^ After all, I feel bad for others that are experiencing the same. Do you see something wrong?

Also experiencing the same problem. Can't log in at all... because the 'login servers are busy' and after I wait for the delay it just resets.

Currently I can't log in to the game. When I try to do it, it sends me a message "Login servers are Busy We apologize for the delay Your estimated time" and it runs a timer. It's not just me I have a group of friends and till now 10 people have the same issue.

what is with the game. i am in a tournment and it says no network. i am in 3rd place and this happens to me while in a match. sersiously i want the tickets i just lost returned to me and a redo of the tournment

yea i am doing tournment and this happens. what is going on game. there is no called for this. due to this i lost tournment. there goes my chance of 3 booster packs

No idea. Some kind of issue with the login. The players who were already logged in were not disconnected, so the servers are working at least.

Now I got ppl hitting thumbs down on my post. Doesn't bother me, but just confirms that there are alot of hateful players on PTCGO. Really? Seen the game take turn for the worse in 2.5 years. Pretty sad the price of cards these days.. Even with my collection, I think that the ppl behind the scenes need to address the problem. Feel very sorry for new players and am thankful I started when I did..that being said, [Edited by Mod_Turtle: Please keep content friendly & constructive]

Well, you know what they say. If it really didn't bother you wouldn't have posted anything.

 

Also, complaining about thumbs up/down is kinda.... yeah. I don't even know, man, I don't even.
