[GAME] Shop - Invalid text received when attempting to redeem codes

when i go to the shop (redeem codes) by inserting the code and pressing (claim now) i receive this --> com.direwolfdigital.cake.commerce.service.Valuelnvalid

can u help my how to fix this ?
