Played against it and not that bad.  I prefer not to use it because you never know when a person is looking to get a card in their discard piles.  Lampent's - Bronzong Energies, the Ball Trick supporters, and now that Stage 2 fighting one in Breakpoint that is popular.  Just need to overcome it, if your deck is influenced by it.

Yeah it's definetly not as bad as I thought it would be either. Even the Red Card into Delinquent combo doesn't seem easy to pull. So far I've only had one person do the combo to me (and I had a sycamore in my hand so it didn't matter xd).
