I got Espeon the very first time I beat the game: A very good thing too, because that game is ridiculously difficult.

For those not in the know: Espeon is the best Dream World Eeveelution.

The game wasn't just hard, but ridiculously buggy. I had to get Espeon three times before it saved it, and I'm fairly sure it bugged out on me again, because a few days later, I tried to play again and didn't get the usual "You have already chosen..." message it usually gave me - but it wouldn't let me choose another Eeveelution either.

And when I checked the Dream World today, there was no Espeon waiting for me there. But I also can't replay the game because the website still has me as having saved a Pokemon, even though it apparently forgot which one it was.

I did get a Hustle Nidoran Male out of it though. He's adorable and with Hustle he shall grow to be epic win.

Sheer Force Nidoking is pretty much intensely epic with Earth Power + Boltbeam + Flamethrower.

Yeah, have fun with all of your attacks missing.

All of the moves I listed are powered up by Sheer Force.

4 times total before I got my Espeon, 1 of the 4 was Jolteon the other 2 were bugs on my end computer would lag on me, and at one point it refreshed my memory which shuts me out from doing anything for about a minute.

The moves I listed have tolerable accuracies; Hustle with them would be high-risk, but also High-reward.  Not saying Sheer Force isn't nice, but I'd rather have kept Hustle.  Sheer Force needs gimicky attacks and to abuse it, Nidoking takes a hit in type coverage to pick moves that get the boost. Hustle, meanwhile, at least lets me superpower physical moves to work with his strength, instead of Sheer Force with special attacks to try to make up for his stats.  Megahorn/EQ/Stone Edge is pretty crazy levels of coverage off some very powerful attacks that just get stronger with Hustle.

Sheer Force will be FUN, like I said, just...  Not as much so, to me.

Stone Edge's accuracy is completely intolerable WITHOUT Hustle.

Special attacks aren't gimmicky and they have MUCH better type coverage. Nidoking with Sheer Force + special moves + Life Orb is a very beautiful wall-breaker that can OHKO many things.

Edit: Nidoking's special attack is only 7 points lower than his attack in return for perfect accuracy and perfect coverage.

Eh, listed accuracy doesn't necessarily equal accuracy in practice. I gave up on Hi Jump Kick on some Pokemon because it just missed way, way too much for me. Way more than the listed accuracy led me to believe it would. But my Stone Edge Pokemon hit often enough that I like the move and haven't had cause to downgrade to something else.

If his attack and spec attack are that close together though, it may not be as bad as I thought... The last time I trained a Nidoking was back before there was even an Attack/Special Attack split, so this whole conversation is probably a Critical Research Failure on my part.

some computers with windows 7 or vista can use this program called snipping tool. You cut it out and you can save it. Or you can draw lines on it.(just guessing) And you do not need to win the game to get your pokemon..

Print-screen button on your Windows keyboard.

Then go to Paint and select paste.

Then crop it.

Yeah, it is.

I registered for Global Link earlier today, and when I tried to go to dreamworld it said I would have to wait 5 minutes or more. Now I can't log in. btw I got Espeon and it didn't save, so I got Espeon again. Hope its there when I get to the dreamworld.

It won't be. I haven't spoken to anyone today who's gotten their Play To Befriend A Pokemon Eeveelution yet. All we can do is wait.

I did, and I'm still not going to give away my real name, so I was really upset when I realized that they showed the OT, and that would mean that (due to the thing that I've promised myself that I won't reveal my actual name), I couldn't have any friends, but then I remembered that I could get around that with in-game trades! So, you'll be seeing me with Lillil the Petilil! (TOMORROW, thanks to the fact that you can only look for Pokemon once a day!!! >.>)

(I've been having the Eeveelution problem, too... sad_smile.png)

I realized that too late the first time I played it. You see, it went something like this:

Game: *counting the orbs I got*

Me: Oh, no! Those weren't just for points!?

Game: You wanted Flareon, the Fire-type?

Mario: *Turns head* No!

Then it took me even longer to make sure I got Espeon! And now it looks like I have to do it again!! cry_smile.png
