[CARD] Torchic (Primal Clash #26, #160) - The attacks switch places when you want to attack

Like the title said,the attacks of Torchic switch places, and it's kinda annoying because I mostly used the wrong attack.

There's a known issue where attacks with the same cost appear in alphabetical order instead of the order on the card.
