[GENERAL] Other - Packs not showing up in collection

I just bought a mega blaziken box and when i went to oredeem the codes, nothing showed up confirming my packs and mega blaiken card were redeeemed, i tried using the codes again and it said they had allready been redeemed. This happened about 5hours ago from when i posted this, before the shop maitnence. what do i do?

I redeemed 2 AO, 2 BT, 2 PC, and 2 RS, and one Mega BLaziken code, ALthough when i redeemed them, They never showed up in my collection. I tried redeeming them again and it said they've been redeemed allready, I redeemed them before the shop maitenance. Not sure what to do
