Packs not showing up

I Redeemed codes from my mega blaziken box wbot 4 hours ago from when i posted this. The shop was under maitnence and i thought that wuld fix it but they still havent showed up. Please help

i haven't gotten my packs that I bought during the crash either.

Sometimes after redeeming codes it takes a while to get them, but it should't be more than 4-5 hours, wait a bit more, and if you don't get them still send a ticket explaining what happened to Support.Pokemon
