You have the set number wrong, the only Palkia-ex that exists in this game, it the dragon type from Plasma Blast, The new Water type Palkia-ex hasn't even been released irl so it's not in the game yet

February 3rd is the release date for the new set, BREAKpoint (XY9). Palkia-EX will be in there.

Omg that's so far away :(

 

Welp, thanks, guess it's going to be a long wait until i can finish my deck
