[GAME] Shop - Delay in Shop redemptions

Tried to open a Roaring Skies pack, but it wouldn't load. So I exited the game, and now it's gone. Can I get some help?

That bug happens randomly, if you waited for a few minutes it would eventually load and open normally but either way don't worry you didn't lose the pack or cards, just check which new cards you got out of it !

Well, it happened with an Ancient Origins pack as well, but I noticed that I got another Groudon EX card, so I must have obtained the cards from those packs.

About 5 minutes ago I bought 2 Roaring Skys 5 card booster packs, and the tab on the right told me the products were redeemed, but when I went to my collection, there were no Roaring Skys packs and I was still charged the amount for both packs, will they ever show up in my collection, or am I just out coins for no reason?

So I purchased 4 Bundle Packs of Breakthrough that include the Ancient Trait Sableye Promo, the game didn't show any notification of reciving the cards but the 2400 coins were deducted from my account. I already restarted the program and still nothing. Please help!

I purchased the Darkrai Bundle for 925 coins from the in-game shop and it won't appear in my collection. What is happening?

About 10 minutes ago or so I bought the Black Friday bundle in the shop after grinding all day for coins. I checked my inventory for the packs, the card, and the coin and none of them showed, yet I was still charged all 925 coins. I'm pretty sure I got the notification saying it was added to my inventory, but I deleted it without viewing, if that matters. Is there a way that I can get my coins back or something? Thanks.

I bought a Day Bundle Featuring Darkrai for 925 coins, and the tab on the right told me the products were redeemed, but I have not received the bundle and I lost 925 coins. I want my bundle or my coins

I bought the Elite Trainer box today and entered all 9 codes (1 for the box and 8 packs) but it only registered the box and 2 packs, I also bought a 5 card BREAKthrough which also isn't showing up. What's happening?

I bought 2 black friday bundles earlier, and they redeemed properly. However, after about 6:00 P.M. CST, when I had collected enough tokens to buy a third, it did not redeem properly. Just as stated above, the coins were deducted, but there was no 3rd plasma coin and no 3rd Darkrai, and there were no packs in my inventory. A friend of mine also purchased 1 Breakthrough pack a couple of minutes later, but it did not redeem and the coins were deducted from his account.

Same problem here. I've bought 7 booster packs (4 Roaring Skies and 3 Phantom Forces). The coins was deduced but I havent't recieved the packs. What's wrong?

I also didn't recieve any packs from the 1 plasma Freeze Bundle. I even relogged in, and still nothing. 925 Tokens lost...

I have been purchasing BREAKthrough packs from the TCGO Shop but instead of getting them I spend hundreds of tokens on 5-card boosters of Ancient Origins. How can I fix it?

I just bought a deck and had the tokens removed but didn't receive the deck. Maybe the shop is having issues?

Yeah, I bought the Sableye promo also and got deducted 600 coins without receiving anything. I restarted the client multiple times and waited 20 minutes, so there must be something happening other the usual problems.

I entered in 1 Flashfire and 9 BREAKthrough codes online. It says they were redeemed, so i go to my collection and none of them are there! I exit the game and re-enter, i then proceed to put the codes in again and its says they've already been redeemed! Is it a glitch? Please Help!!!

I've got the same problem. Spent all my tokens on the bundle and got nothing... I did receive a notification but when I checked my collection there was nothing.
Please help me get the bundle or return the tokens please.
