Well it's basically, M Mewtwo Y / Gardevoir deck, that lets you double the number of psychic energies for more damage,  this idea floated a while ago even before BT came out, I think you should use NXD Mewtwo, it's better for this deck, and a 3-3 line of Mewtwo/M mewtwo Y is a minimum here
