Hmm... Not sure about this. Why Psychic energy? You gonna charge Hoopa? Why the bats?

 

I think the two best ways to run Red Mewtwo is either in a Fairy deck using Aromatise and Xerneas or a Metal Deck with Bronzong and Aegislash.

 

Malamar-EX is a pretty strong partner in just about any deck, but not really a good partner for Mewtwo Y, because she's going to steal Mewtwo's energy. She's a good partner if you run her in a fairy deck where you can play energy onto her and then still transfer it to other pokemon.

 

If you want to run Malamar and Mewtwo, then I suggest using a Fairy deck. Then you can run something like 4 DCEs, 6 Fairy energy and either 2-4 Rainbow energy or just 2-3 Darkness energy so you can drop one onto her to be able to attack with her if needed.

 

The nice thing about Fairy also is that Xerneas can 1 shot Regice with a Muscle Band and can 1 shot Giratina even without one.
