[GAME] Trainer Challenge - Didn't receive booster pack after the 12th win with the Psy Crusher Theme Deck

I just finished my 12th win with the "psy crusher" theme deck and it stated that I should get a booster. This however this was not the case. I hope it can be fixed and/or explained why this is the case.
