[GAME] General - Game crashes during the tutorial

After a successful login and begin my pokemon tutorial, after a few seconds the game freezes and Pokemon Trading Card Game Online.exe has stopped working. POPS up. then it tells me to close the program. Does anyone have this prob, if so please help me or give ********* link to fix it thank you.

i also have the same issue after the energy card is played in the tutorial

Looks like it's a programmed error. I'm having the same problem as well and I'm eternally stuck in the Tutorial...

also the same problem here.....tried to re-instal twice and still the same problem....

I have the same problem too
although when i chased it up they told me that the game was crashing because i didnt have the required dedicated video memory even though my laptops specs are more than enough to play the game.
