Shop Please Help me with HS Codes.

I was opened one booster box of HS Triumphant today, is original, i tried to use the code of the box in the game , but it say '' your code is invalid'' i really need use this code, plz :/

HGSS era packs don't have codes & they never did, idk which code you tried but you were wrong.

The only way to get them in-game is from the shop when they do occasional budles, and you can get tradeable ones with Gems though these are only available in Canada, and the third option is to trade for them.

 

So this is not a bug, you just didn't know !

Yeah, codes started with Black and White and you could just redeem those codes for the desired pack back in the day, so I don't know exactly what code you're talking about. But I can promise you it's not a code for PTCGO.

I still don't know what code you mean, but I guarantee HGSS era packs and boxes DO NOT have redeemable codes in them, the only way to get them is to buy them with gems in-game or trade for them.

 

Anyways: a redeemable code contains 13 number/letter combination, it goes like this: XXX-XXXX-XXX-XXX

(X beind a random letter/number) so whatever is the code you tried it ISN'T a packs or box code.
