[CARD] Lucky Helmet (Ancient Origins #77) - Cards were not drawn when Pokémon was damaged from an attack by Machamp (Unnamed)

Card: Lucky Helmet
Expected Action: I should have drawn 2 cards when the ennemy Machamp attacked my pokemons with Lucky Helmet
Actual Action: During a tournament, Thrice, Machamp attacked my pokemons who had lucky Helmet and i didn't draw any card, it happened 2 times with my first helmet attached to my Tropius, and then another time with my Shiftry
Steps to Reproduce: Machamp attacking a lucky helmet wearer

Question: Was there a Fighting Stadium on the field?

 

i had the same issue against a Fighting deck when Hawlucha attacked my Lucky Helmet-equipped Latios-EX. Fighting Stadium was in play. Hawlucha hit Latios two times without triggering the draw. But after I replaced Fighting Stadium with Silent Lab, Lucky Helmet worked again. At that point I lost so I got no further information.

Expected Action: I should have drawn 2 cards when the enemy Hawlucha attacked my Latios-EX that had Lucky Helmet attached.
Actual Action: No cards were drawn after Latios-EX took damage. This happened twice. When Fighting Stadium was no longer on the field, Lucky Helmet worked correctly.
Steps to Reproduce: Activate Fighting Stadium and attack a Pokémon that has Lucky Helmet attached.
