[GENERAL] Other - Can I change my screen name?

How cn I get my name changed? If I cant can someone elaborate why? Like why can you change Username but not Screen Name/In Game Name?

My apologies for the delay! Unfortunately, at this time you cannot change your screen name. Your username is only used to log in, whereas your screen name identifies you to other players. Having players be able to change their screen name could lead to some confusion and could be abused. This is likely one of the reasons why there is no option to change screen names.
