Articuno Ancient trait 17/108 from Roaring skies

When i knocked out Noivern Break (113/162 Breakthrough) only was able to take 1 prize card instead of 2.

 

 That ancient trait from articuno (If your opponent's Pokemon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack of his Pokemon, take 1 more Prize card)

somehow got canceled idk what else could of stoped it because hex wasn't used or any other kind of power to prevent it from taking 2 prize cards

Nothing can shut off Ancient Traits (yet).  Only a Life Dew could cause Articuno to take one prize.

This is likely part of a larger known bug which was recently fixed. It would be incredibly helpful if you could submit your game log to us via support ticket if you experience this again. You can save the game log from your match by clicking the Social Menu, clicking the Game Log tab, and clicking "Export". This will copy it to your Clipboard where you can paste it into a .txt file and attach it to your ticket. You can create a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question".
