[PC] Login - Server error messages when trying to log in

I've been playing this for like 3 years now. And I've been using the same connection (my college campus' wi-fi) and it's worked perfectly. But for some reason, ever since I started my third year here, I keep getting error messages when I try to log in!

First, it was "Could not connect to the server" or "Server cannot be found." Stuff like that. And lately it's changed to "Could not connect to Pokemon login service." As far as I can tell my campus hasn't changed its wi-fi security, so something must have happened between June of this year and September of this year because I cannot ever log in with this connection- even though I'm connected to the internet and can play literally any other online game I have just fine.

Can someone please help me out? I really love this game and it's actually making me really sad that I can no longer play it.

Is there a way I can contact someone who runs the site for technical support directly?

same problem here... i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, still the same problem remains.
