[GENERAL] Crashing - Game crashes on startup

Each time I start the game, I get passed the opening titles and get to the loading screen "Loading assets." and then it crashes. Is this an issue with the new update? how can i fix it?

First, please make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements necessary to play the game. Those can be found here: http://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-tcg/play-online/download/

 

If you do and you're still experiencing this, I recommend submitting a support ticket. You can do so by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question". Please include any crash reports you've gotten (those will be located in your Pokémon TCG Online folder), any error messages you're receiving, and a summary of your system specs (obtainable via DxDiag for Windows or System Profiler for Mac; a version/model number will suffice if you're on an iPad).

Sorry should have updated this. Problem was solved after uninstalling and reinstalling.
