[GAME] Tournaments - level ball hangs and doesn't work

I really hate the new update. It really is a pain in the head playing in it sometimes especially in tournaments, given there is only 10 min time. As I was in the final game of the tournament, and I already knew I was about to win, I summoned level ball to pick a pokemon and it just hangs there. I tried and spam the okay button but it still doesn't work, it really was frustrating but the time just kept going, so I decided to hit the concede button and give it a try, guess what concede button was actually working but not the game. ****** ****. Wasting my hard earn ticket and rewards.

It would be incredibly helpful if you could submit your game log to us via support ticket if you experience this again. You can save the game log from your match by clicking the Social Menu, clicking the Game Log tab, and clicking "Export". This will copy it to your Clipboard where you can paste it into a .txt file and attach it to your ticket. You can create a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question".
