[GENERAL] Crashing - Game crashing during tutorial

I'm wanting to try the online TCG, and it's been some time since I played Pokemon TCG. I tried to do the tutorial and in the middle of it, the game crashed. Now if I open it, It re-starts the tutorial, loads about 3 words, freezes and re-crashes.

I'm running Windows 8.1, there's no memory or CPU issues. Just refuses to run. I JUST installed the game today.

Apologies for the delay! This is a known issue which the Dev team is working to resolve. In the meantime, you can have the tutorial manually bypassed by the support team by creating a support ticket request. (This is optional if you'd rather wait for a fix.)
