[GENERAL] Crashing - Game crashes after coin flip

all time when I start game  when the coin flip and i win  windows tell me ptcg exe. stop work and windows close the game .  I try all what i know but notthing work 

tout les fois que je commence une partie  quand vien la selection de qu commence  i lance la piece et a chaque fois  que je gagne  windows me dit : ptcg exe. a arrêter de fonctioner windows va fermer le jeu

If you do and you're still experiencing crashing issues, please gather any crash reports you've received (those will be located in the same folder as the game) and a summary of your system specs (obtainable via DxDiag for Windows or System Profiler for Mac; a version/model number is acceptable for iOS devices), and send that to us via a support ticket.
