You should really have Fisherman in that deck, especially if you'll be using Scorched Earth. I assume that Keldeo is used to avoid getting your shaymin/hoopa stuck in the active spot, then put float stone on it to switch it back to the bench? Seems a bit unnecessary and risky imo.

 

I'm not sure how different Expanded is from Standard, but Battle Compressing your Support could be highly effective. I don't think you'd need Colress either, unless you plan on using at the beginning when your opponent would probably not have many bench pokemon.

 

Sycamore and Bicycle seem to contradict each other, but I guess you would know it's use better than me.

 

Other than that, the deck seems alright. I really want to make either Houndoom, or M Houndoom work, since it's my favorite pokemon.
