Is it too much to ask pokemon to unlock my deck that I paid for?

I redeemed my tornado deck code, said it was redeemed, yet it is still locked, and wont let me put the code in again. Thanks pokemon com.

I wrote em three or more hours ago...nothin. Not even an email saying they'd look into it Nice.

Sorry to hear that some of you are having issues unlocking your new B&W decks in game, in order for us to track and address these issues please submit a ticket a support.pokemon.com. We ask that you provide name and location of the store you purchased your deck(s) from, the code you attempted to redeem, as well as the name of the deck(s).

Same problem with my green tornado deck. I did get two prompt e-mails from tech support, one saying they got my question and another saying someone was working on the problem. To other people with this problem who asked for help--how long did it take them to fix it? I'm hoping sometime tomorrow, but...

for me it took about 24hrs,...not to discourage you but i still think thats a pretty good response time....so i would say give it at least a day.

^-^ Thank you. I prefer some sort of time frame (even if it's longer than I hoped) than just waiting in limbo for something to happen.

btw will we be able to unlock ones from previous pokemon 'seasons'?

 

I really hope they don't make us buy 'tokens' for those 'old' decks/pokemons

haha, these threads are so repetitive. And raginmond- I can't see how you'll be able to unlock decks from previous seasons. They probably won't even add the option to the game, but even if, your old decks didn't come with redeemable codes.

yeah well they should sticky threads that are repeated about 1,000 times a day

 

 

 

but anyways, you could... scan them through a webcam? lol

 

I don't know I just think it would narrow the online game too much if we didn't get more "pokemans" into the mix

dude i still need help i put the code in when the site was doing maintinence and it said it was redeemed then when the site was back up i didnt have it. i sent that dumb ticket thing with all my info that they said to give and im still left with nothing no replay or anything and i really hate how no professor can do anything about it cuz im now stuck with nothing.

While I am very very sorry, as is the rest of the Pokémon staff, for the code redemption issues that many people are experiencing, please do not evade the filter. I know you were not trying to be malicious, but please don't again in the future.

 

 

 

Instead, please send us a ticket as per the instructions in my signature if you ever feel a word is unfairly censored. That word however, is very fairly censored.

 

 

 

Pertaining to the code redemptions, please know that we are still working on it and are slowly but surely getting to everyone. The amount of codes that did not work and the date that one submits their ticket all affect h ow quickly they will be infividually processed.
