[GAME] General - Cannot open the final booster pack received in the tutorial in the Portuguese client

So i was on tuturial, and after i won all the tutorial treiners i received a package. The problem is that i'm in the store and the lady from tuturial wants me to open the package... Well, the game says i've got no packadge, in other words "Not found items matching the filter". I have ot this is portuguese so the translation may be bad... Anyways, now i can't do anything in the game, i reseted it so many times but it wont work! It's annoying because i don't know what to do, she say that i have to click on the package and view the card they offered me, but i can't because (as i said) it says that i have nothing to open. Please HELP!!!

So this is the bug that im having in the game. When i was in tutorial, for each treiner i won i woud win prizes ulti the last one that i would win a pack of card i guess. So after i win vs him i went to this kind of store and i can't go further in the game because it says that i have to click on the pack and view it but there isnt any pack in the screen, It says that it wasn't found anything that i was searching. So i can't click anywhere in the screen but the options buttom and this bug is really annoying because i can't do anything about it. It just a stupid glitch and i really want it fixed. I got it since yesterday and nobody helped me fixing it. ps.: First time i ever play this game, i satared to play yesterday and i couldn't even get out of the tutorial because of this, so i never changed filters of anything, this just appeared because the game wants to see me sad.

Hello Twiinx,

 

You may be stuck in "New User Experience" mode. After you log in to the game you should notice a panel of navigation buttons on the home screen. Click the settings button and look for a section called "New User Experience". Make sure "Disable New User Experience" is checked.

Hi , I 've posted on the support page for this error, but I have not got answers , I can not play because I'm stuck at the end of the tutorial after defeating the trainer and i should earn a booster and the game should explain how open the booster but the booster not appear on the screen and I can not do anything , I already log out and  logged back , installed and uninstalled the game, clicked on "New User Experience" option and can not play.

I Completed the "tutorial" of the game in the end i should win a roaring skies booster as award but the game simply says there is no Booster  so i cant get and am stuck with Ella saying to open the booster pack

Hello Leule1000,

 

I take it you are playing with your language set to Portuguese?  There is a known issue with this language and that end of the tutorial.  We are in the process of correcting the root cause, but in the meantime, if you completely close down the TCGO client (you might restart your device for good measure) and re-enter the game you should be able to proceed.  You will then be able to find that booster pack in your Collection and open it.

I completed all of the Tutorial battles but when I am supposed to open the pack I receive it says it cant find any items. Need help since I cannot do anything else

guys, I was finishing the tutorial, a screen appeared in the character Ella told me to open my busterpack but Filtron not identified and nowI can not do anything , help me!!!!

Guys i found out how to fix this problem! On the Login screen simply click the flag on top and choose English. Then just login and the pack will show up for you. Atleast it showed up for me. Then you can set the language back to portuguese if you want. Hope this helps ^^

I played tutorial and when it's over I won a booster pack that never shows itself on screen e cleary I need to click on that to continue. So I'm stuck in this and can only use the setting buttom.
