[PC] Other - Stuck at "Initializing deck data 0%" when accessing Deck Manager

Every time I go to deck manager I get a message that says loading, initializing deck data 0% and it never does anything else after that, I've let it sit for quite a while and still nothing happened, I'd really like to build a couple custom decks but this happens every time, can anyone help?? PLEASE!!

Hi Torimino!

 

I first recommend checking your internet connection for stability, closing any background programs that could be interfering with your connection, and running an antivirus/malware scan. Loading all of your card assets may also help - you can do this by clicking the Options button (the two gears symbol) and clicking the Download All button under the Card Cache tab.

 

If you're still unable to access Deck Manager, it may be necessary to re-install the game. We recommend that you do so by uninstalling the game, taking care to remove all related files and folders from your computer, and downloading the latest version of the installer from: http://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-tcg/play-online/download/
