Value of Older Cards

Hello all, having recently acquired some of the HGSS cards in the TCGO I now have the nagging collector inside me wanting a more sizeable amount but I don't know what to ask for them. I'm not talking about the Legend Cards or even Primes at this point I'm just looking to get a decent amount of the regular cards.

 

Specifically what are they generally worth realistically in comparison to EXs, promo EXs, secret rares and Full Arts **** and Supporters)?

 

Naturally I assume having a larger amount of these for trade is better than asking for a stupid amount of cards for something like FA N.
