Pack missing by some reason

If you opened the pack and the game crashed or something before showing the cards, the cards are still added to your collection., if you have a small binder, it might be possible to track down the cards you didn't have before

when i open a pack my ipad crashes so i go in and my pack is gone! it happened a lots of times and now i think getting packs for this game is a waste

If you have nothing good, it is because you have a bad luck. I have this issue twice when i opened the packs and the game crashed. When i go to my collection, there is no cards that have new tag on it. However, i realize that there are some cards that i haven't had before but it was added to my collection. The most recent case is when i got a sigylyph safeguard from lt (i have never had sigylyph before).

On the other hand, if you have a large binder then it's virtually impossible to identify the cards added because, last I checked at least, the icon overlays on "New!" cards are added as a result of the pack opening animation and disappear when you close the game client.  Nonetheless, the cards from the pack WERE added to your collection the moment you hit the button to open the pack, even if the only way to prove it is to specifically count the total # of cards from that set before and after opening the pack.

As others have said, even if your game crashes while opening a pack, the cards from that pack should still be added to your account. However, If you feel you are missing cards on your account, I suggest that you send a ticket into the support team so they can investigate this matter further, they will be in a position to see if the pack was successfully redeemed or not, and they will be in a position to remedy that.
