[GAME] Trading - Booster pack became trade-locked after adding it to a trade offer

Hi Guys,

Im new to Ptcgo and play it on the ipad.

I traded a card for a booster then i made an offer with this booster (still ongoing) and today the booster is marked locked. How did that Happen?

If a booster is set for trade on pub i mean that you are giving it then it remain locked until you cancel the offer or it expires . If it gets accepted then simply it will not show in ur stock.

Can someone tell me how did this happen? I made public trading post and today it expired and the cards i was Giving became locked. Now i can't trade them. Help please.

Hey there!
 

As Aniketdianafury explained, a booster pack will become locked while involved in a trade so that it cannot be opened or put into another trade before the trade is complete or expired/cancelled. If your pack or card remains locked after the trade has ended, please let us know via support ticket by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question".

Hi, i just made a trade offer with 90 packs in it and the trade offer never went threw to the other trader. Also the offer doesn't even appear in my offers or in my trade completed so the packs stayed locked I'm wondering if it will expire in 24/h like other privet offers do and i get my packs unlocked or will they be locked forever?

Relogging doesnt help, it happened to me as well. Took my coins, never made the public offer and just locked the 92 packs and 8 FAs/Sr's i had in the offer.

I have had the same problem as this the last couple of days, when offering for a specific avatar item. Its been a couple of days now... but neither trade was completed/ expired or even sent... but I have 200 packs now marked incorrectly as locked, which were previously tradeable :(

 

I submitted a ticket two days ago about the problem; but nothing has been done so far.

not even waiting for 24/h unlocks the packs ticket was created yesterday once the problem started also waiting for a response the only response i got was via email.

I received a response stating that it has the report has been sent to the necessary specialists... or something similar, but it seems like there is no fix coming for a little while at least anyway :(.

Hi Sora1992ex & matthew69,

 

The response means that the Quality Assurance team is going to try to reproduce the issue in order to find a fix.

 

At this time, the recommended solutions are to close the game and reopen it; or uninstall and reinstall the game. However, this issue tends to resolve itself with a bit of time.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Today, I had the same issue.  I put up an offer for sr ub. The offer didnt show up on my trade list.  The offer should be expired by now but doesnt show up.  Now my packs are showed as locked, but I got my cards back.  I hope the issue will go away soon :(

make a ticket about it in the support forum  to see if they update it so the bug isn't there anymore and hopefully we get our stuff unlocked my 90 packs are still locked :( waiting for a new response from the support group as of right now I'm hoping they are going to fix it.

Recently I put an offer for 4 Packs. The offer got expired, but I got my packs back.. I don't why its happening with you guys :( I hope it gets corrected soon, so your worries are over :)

 

But I saw one thing in common, all of you.. had posted big offers or accepted big offers. Maybe its something related to the huge amount of packs in the same trader. Since it didn't happen to me or any one else. I don't but I was just trying to guess out the problem. So it may make easier to solve. I am not 100% sure on what I said. But thats common with all of you guys.

 

Don't know, but I hope it gets corrected soon :)

im pritty sure it only happened to ultra ball offers or other offers that were like prob 80 cards + or packs cuz it just happened to one of my friends when he put up a ultra ball offer i made low offers yesterday and all low offers were fine.

I'm not sure of an exact rule of thumb, but certainly for me... my 200 locked packs were from offers of 100 packs each for Charizard Costume pants. I haven't logged back in as of yet this afternoon, but I'm assuming there may not have been any change/ fix available thus far.

So today, my wife attempted to trade me about 40 packs. When she hit send trade, however, the trade disappeared. Its not listed in her active trades, and it never came through as a request to me. The packs show that they are now trade-locked, and when you attempt to open them, it says that they can't be opened because they're part of a pending trade.

 

I've filled out a support ticket, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this, and what they did to fix it.
