General [GAME] General - If the animation for completing a Daily Challenge is skipped, the prize is not added to the account

Hi, i'm not sure if this happens to anyone else, or if this is already known, but i stumbled unto a problem with my daily challenge rewards.

 

I have completed a couple daily challenges and received my rewards, i have noticed, exclusive to pack rewards, if i were to skip the animation of me completing the challenge and returning to the menu, the pack or packs i was supposed to receive are never added to my collection. i have tried waiting and not skipping the animation and the packs were added.

 

this has happened a total of 3 times, last time was less then an hour ago. again, im not sure is already known, and i don't really care for the reward. but it could turn out to be a problem for other players, i would like to make sure this is known.

Have you checked your Collection to see if the packs were added there? If they haven't been, please submit a ticket so the support team can take a closer look. You can submit a ticket by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question".
