I assume this isnt a bug at all but curious as to why PTCGO doesnt follow the 23 days after a set is released to be legal rule?

 

Would be great to create a new game mode that stays true to standard format for those who still wish to playtest the actual format, or the other way around a game mode that allows the newest set to be used for those who wish to play the eventual future format.

 

I know its nitpicking but curious why this rule isnt followed by the program?
