Are the RS booster pack bundles worth it?

I haven't been on this game in 7 months due to technical issues. I came back just yesterday and am seeing the bundles of 2/3 full 10-card boosters (my immediate thought is they look exactly like the bundles you see in retail stores). I have enough for a few sets of them and am wondering if Roaring Skies is the set I want to cash my tokens in on, or if I should wait for a future set?

Roaring Skies is the highly saught after set ATM simply do to the Colorless Rayquaza decks everyone is trying to make and the Shaymin-EX.  Currently I've been able to get FA Lysandre, FA Lysandre's Trump Card, FA Xerosic all for 4 RA packs or less each.

 

So if you're looking to complete a deck, upgrade rarities or make the new Raquaza deck RA packs are certainly the way to go.
