Login/sign up problems!

when i open up the game and get to the login/sign up menu is the login tab black and spins around.
 
i cannot login at all. i have tried to re-install the game 5 times in 2 different updates.

This may be an indication that your video drivers are out of date. Our most recent client version of the game requires more recent video drivers to function. After installing the most recent video drivers, if the issue still persists, some player have had success with unistalling and reinstalling the game client to resolve the graphics issue.

Some players have resolved this issue by entering fullscreen mode by pressing Alt+Enter (for PC) or Command+Enter (for Mac).
