Max Wind and Devolution Spray> Max Potion?

So I have been looking at those new Roaring Skies Cards recently, when I found out about the new Dragonite with Max Wind Ability( Which allows you to heal all damage from one of your pokemon whenever you evolve a pokemon to Dragonite). I remembered that in the BW Dragons Exalted Expansion Set, there is this trainer called  Devolution Spray that allows you to put one of your highest evolution pokemon back to your hand. 

 

So I thought that this combination is actually better than Max Potion since it discards all energies attached. But due to lack of useful cards, I don't really have an idea of a decent deck, so can somebody please help me and share this idea with everyone?

Actually, Max Potion > clunky Stage 2 'mon. Max Potion is just way easier to use and doesn't take up nearly as much valuable space in your deck.

Max Potion will take 1/4 slots in your deck, depending how much you play and due to cards like Aromatisse, Brozong, Hydreigon and thanks to the addition of Mega Turbo and so forth, discarding the energy on the Pokemon doesn't become an issue.

 

Dragonite on the other hand consumes way more space in your deck, consumes a place on your bench, is shut down by Garbodor, is weak to Lysandre and takes overall more time to set up .

The only benefit that the card holds right now, is the ability to work under a Toad.
