Game won't load

Every time I run the game, I get stuck on the green/orange splash screen.

Nothing happens. I have tried waiting it out, but I just lose my connection after a while.

 

Whenever I am prompted with a login screen (which doesn't always happen) I can play as a guest fine. It seems like this happens when I try to login.

 

I am seeing this same issue on my iPad, MacBook, and Windows PC.

 

Please help.

Given that you are seeing it on multiple devices, I would try playing on a different internet connection. It sounds like the game cannot reach the game server. I would expect it would throw a different error though.

I'm seeing this same issue on multiple networks.

I have tried the Macbook on 3 different wifi networks.

I have tried the iPad on 2 different wifi networks, and AT&T's 4G and LTE networks.

 

I feel like this may be an authentication issue on the server side. When it lets me play as a guest, all is fine. But when I log in, I see this issue.

Yes, it sounds like something specific to your account. If possible, can you please take a screen shot of what is happening and then go to pokemon.com/support and enter a Question with that screen shot as an attachment along with a description of what is happening.
