Has the disappearing card issue been fixed?

Hi,

I used to play this game a lot but then I found out some of the cards I got from booster packs were disappearing. After googling a bit I found out that there was nothing that could be done about the missing cards, which really bummed me out because I lost some rare and even shiny legendary and stage 2 pokémon cards.

 

I then quit playing, planning to only start playing again when this issue would be fixed. So, has it been fixed already?

I'm not sure I recognize the issue you've described. How long ago was it when you experienced this? In any event, any time you are missing any card or other item, you can always feel free to create a support ticket. You can do so by following the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question" OR emailing support@pokemon.com. Our support team is equipped to investigate any issues with your Collection, Trading, or Shop activity.

 

Regarding the issue of cards disappearing, we're not receiving any reports of this so I don't think you've got anything to worry about. However, please do be aware that if you have not signed into your account for a while, your cards may be archived and it will take a couple of log-ins to fully finish the un-archiving process so you can access your full Collection.
