Opening Packs bug

I attempted to crack some Primal Crash packs, but my program freezes. I have to shut it down and restart, but now I find I lost 4 packs this way. Is there any reimbursement option for lost packs like primal clash or at least tickets so I can fight to get packs back? Opening boosters now is quite the risk. I also can't download the pictures with the client. A message pops up saying it is downloading, but I have no idea what the progress is and I press "ok". This leaves my game with many blank cards and I have to guess what they do in matches. Game is barely playable. Please do something to fix it.

You still got your cards, I believe, however you can't see them because your cards are all white. I believe this bug will be fixed soon, and if not, then you may just have to take a hiatus until it's solved. But don't worry, like I said I think this will be fixed soon, because there is an update tomorrow, and it could be solved.

Well you haven't lost the pack ! As it opened and you have recieved the contents of the packs ! Just the thing is, you can't see them ! It happens to me daily, but I figure out, by selecting the set and seeing the Wants, many times I get the common wants, which means that they were from the pack I opened, because I untag them as soon as I get 1 Copy of it ! So you have actually got the content of your card !

As it is a known bug, I don't think there is a need to submit a ticket.

Hey there!
 

As others have stated, you should have received the contents of your packs anyhow.
 

The Dev team is aware of issues with card loading and the need for some sort of progress tracker when clicking "Download All". I would recommend trying once more and waiting in your Collection to see if cards are loading. If nothing loads, please make sure you have room on your computer for card assets to be stored.
