Garbodor Garbotoxin

So just a little curious as to the impact Garbodor Garbotoxin still has on the meta when there is a new stadium that turns off the Basic Pokemon powers and abilities without eating up the common 2-2 line and 2-5 tools to trigger the ability.

I mean the stadium doesn't turn off major Pokemon like Pyroar but the vast majority of Pokemon powers and abilities are found on Basics.

Is it still a viable card to tech into a deck?  I'm only asking because of my 3 month absence from the game and on my come back I've seen quite a few new decks.  Powerful ones at that like Nightmarch and Primal Kyoger.  Toad is still Toad with a few more tools added to its disposal.  And from the various Random Ranked matches and 10 tournaments I've participated in, Garbodor has only held up to the tech it used to be just 3 times.

1) Garb is still pretty good. Being partnered with Yveltal, Toad and even Primal Kyogre. It's still good, but Silent Lab is still really good.

2) It's still Viable, as long as you play it wisely.
