I think that klink and klang are unorigional. The same with magneton and magnemite. Happy 100th post

Wow never thought it'd get this many posts (it is my first after all). I kinda look like a bad guy for naming the thread Unoriginal Pokemon when I should've called it "Similar Pokemon" or something. Ah well.<img src="http://www.pokemontcg.com/javascripts/fckeditor/editor/images/smiley/png/angel_smile.png" alt="" />

No worries, it led the way for some good natured arguing.

Pidove copied starly which copied tailow which copied pidgey....

Oh ya, and Watchog copied bibarrel which copied linoone which copied furret, which copied raticate.

I don't see any resemblance with pidove to taillow, or starly to pidgey, or furret to raticate, or really any of those pokemon. Just because pokemon likes to follow suit with their pokemon designs, for example how pidgey started the line of common birds, doesn't mean they look exactly like each other.

While I do see some similarities, it's not like all the other birds after pidgey are called pidgey 2, 3, 4 and 5. That's just me though.
