Players Burning the timer

I have ran into this problem far too often, players deliberately burning the clock in hopes of you quitting out early. For example, the last match I played, the player had 5 prize cards left with 2:53 left, I had 1 prize card left with 21:18 left.

 

Players shouldn't have the opportunity to have 25 minutes to take one turn, the inactive player time of 15 seconds is inefficient and can be reset by these players, there should be a fixed amount per turn other than 25 minutes or the inactive player time should be reduced by 5 seconds or so each time it is activated. This is a growing problem and I believe it needs attention.

I agree with you, but you are going to get chastised for calling out a fellow player by name.  You might want to edit that part before the hammer falls.
