Daily Challenge progress not counted in tournaments?

I'm unsure if this is intentional, but just a bit ago I attempted to finish my daily challenge by doing tournaments.

 

However, no progress was being made in it. The challenge is "Knock out 20 opposing Pokemon with your water type Pokemon", and the reward is a booster pack and 3 xp. It also says "any game mode". And yes, I was using water types.

 

So, does "any game mode" not include tournaments, or is it a bug?

I have the same problem with the same challenge. I made a Quad Kyurem deck for this challenge, and every time I KO a Pokémon, nothing happens. I tried everything (Playtesting, friend VS, all formats, etc.) And nothing happens. Could you look closer at the water challenges?

Challenges not getting counted is a known issue. Some other people are discussing on other topics. You might refer them.
