Please, make theme decks tournaments always available... (read why)

Hello,

 

I'm the new player (started playing 7 days ago) and I'm delighted with the game, but I see minor problem for us new players. We can't enter tournaments over week cause they are for already made decks that can sweep trough our theme decks and I myself have really bad cards and have to work really hard to get anywhere near the competitve scene. Theme deck tournament was up this sunday and it was really fun and rewarding experience(lost in finals). So I bag you in the name of all newbies around the world, make theme deck tournaments always available.

I am an old player (started playing April 2011) and I only play theme tournaments. I have lots of cards and make all kinds of decks but I find the theme deck matchups truly show each players way of playing each theme deck. The cards never change only the strategies. I grant you that the draw of the cards also has a big role in the outcomes but when you both draw decently the skill and strategy have a chance to shine. There is nothing more pleasing than wining a tournament against 3 players that used the same deck as you. I also request that theme deck tournaments be available always. Maybe if more people request it; Pokemon will consider it.

I'll submit your feedback to the Dev team for consideration. From what I understand, the current system is (among other things) intended to keep queue waiting times down, as offering every type of Tournament at once could cause users to be waiting in a Tournament queue for quite a while.

Theme deck tournaments should be permanent because they have a level playing field.  There are no EX's in theme decks and it's more fun and less frustrating for people that haven't spent as much time/money in the game and want to build up their collection.  Every theme deck has a weakness that makes them balanced.

 

Also, please change the 1 tournament ticket prize for the 3/4th place other 3 ticket tournaments to a prizebox.  You are punishing people for winning their first match!  Adding tokens to the prize could also work.
