Failed to initialize player

Hi!

I juste upgraded the game, and now when i launch it, the game crashes with this popup :
 

Error

Failed to initialize player

Details :

    Could..... not preload global game manager #0   i=0

 

 

I'm on windows 8.1

Solved by uninstalling/installing the game

I'm having this same problem, and I'm lazy and really don't feel like unin then rein. Soo how to fix without doing that?

You can try to go to "Programs and features", right click on "pokemon trading card game online" and then click on change. Now there are two solutions :

-You choose the option Uninstall, download the latest version of the game, and reinstall it. (it worked for me)
OR
You choose the option Repair.
