So... What exactly are the Lv 2 and Lv 3 Energy type rewards?

Lv 1 is obviously a coin.

 

But for me, Lv 2 appears as an empty square, and... I'm not sure what lv 3 is? Is it a deck box? A theme deck? A pack of some sort?
