Missing tokens and Tickets

Client, Current

Problem: My tokens and Tickets have a big red circle with a line across it instead of the amount it has. Also won't let me use them in shop or use my tourney tickets. I had 72 tickets and around 600 tokens. Please fix this immediately thanks.
